Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC)

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC), constituted as per AICTE Regulations 2019 and UGC Guidelines 2012, addresses grievances of students and parents in a fair, transparent, and confidential manner.


Scope

Grievances related to admissions, fees, examinations, scholarships, evaluation, discrimination, harassment, student amenities, and other academic or administrative issues.


Objectives

Ensure fair, transparent, and timely resolution of grievances Provide a safe and supportive environment Protect the rights and dignity of students Promote accountability within the institution.


Mode of Submission

Students and parents may submit their grievances through: Online: Google Form / Email (grievance@vvit.ac.in) In Person: By approaching GRC members Written: Complaint/Suggestion Box on campus Through Representatives: Via student representatives.

    • All grievances will be reviewed by the committee, and appropriate action will be taken. The decision will be communicated through email/SMS/website.


    College Internal Compliance Committee (CICC) – 2025–26

    As per the directions of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, the College Internal Compliance Committee (CICC) was duly constituted at the institute on 07/07/2025. The committee is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment.
